A winery ambitious product that returns to the origins of winemaking

We use late-harvested Koshu grapes from our own fields, ``Miyanoshitaen'' and ``Koizumien,'' and are brewed and fermented in concrete tanks with the image of traditional wine.
It is a wine with a deep flavor that makes full use of the characteristics of the Koshu grape.

Drinking temperature around 15℃
