An ambitious winery that returns to the origins of winemaking

Using late-harvested Koshu grapes from our own vineyards, Miyanoshitaen and Koizumien, we brew and ferment the wine in concrete tanks, reminiscent of traditional grape wine.
This is a flavorful wine that makes full use of the characteristics of the Koshu grape variety.
