An unusual wine that is a blend of all varieties, regardless of variety or vintage.
When other wines are bottled unfiltered and only the top layer is bottled, the remaining sediment is collected, allowed to settle, and the top layer is bottled again.

This red wine has a refreshing fruitiness and acidity, as well as a mellow, gentle richness.

Sakai Winery is the oldest winery in Tohoku, founded in 1892.
Since around 2007, the company has switched from conventional farming methods to pesticide-free grape cultivation in its own fields, and uses around 20 sheep to graze the fields and remove weeds.

We make wine using natural yeast and microorganisms present in the land, and follow traditional methods such as the non-filter method that we have been using since the company was founded, to create wine that is rooted in the land.
