We use Kai Noir grapes from Yamanashi Prefecture and incorporate all of the flavor of the grapes without removing the stems.

A red wine with a spicy aroma of cassis, a silky, dry taste, and a pleasant fizz.
Pairing it with a sweet meal or dessert will bring out the fruity flavors of the wine.
