Winning a gold medal at the New Sake Tasting Competition with these specifications is a remarkable achievement!

Many of the gold medal-winning sakes at the National New Sake Tasting Competition are made using Yamadanishiki rice, polished to around 30% to produce daiginjo sake.
Among them, the fact that this sake, which is made with 55% polished rice and has Junmai Ginjo specifications, won a gold award is considered a great achievement in the sake brewing industry.

This sake is made using Aiyama rice, known as the "diamond" of sake rice, and is polished to 55%.
The gentle aroma of juicy apples, the voluminous, ripe, elegant sweetness, and the clear acidity that leads to the finish create a luxurious taste.
