I think Soryu's winemaking process is extremely unique and cannot be seen at other wineries.
On the one hand, they focus on researching high-quality wines that win awards at events such as the Japan Wine Challenge, and on the other hand, they produce wines that are by far the largest among small and medium-sized wineries, producing 800 kl a year. For this reason, you can see the dedication of winemakers who prepare wine throughout the year . Therefore, we are proud to have accumulated experience that is unmatched by any other winery.
While inheriting the brewing knowledge and techniques accumulated over more than 100 years of Soryu's history, we work on making wine with a sensitivity to the values and tastes of the new era.
