Made using 100% Muscat Bailey A grown by a skilled cultivation group in Tendo City, Yamagata Prefecture.
The wine is brewed using ``Saint Souffle'', which does not use sulfites, and the wine is bottled during fermentation using the ancestral method, in which the yeast produces gas and becomes a sparkling wine.

Fine natural bubbles bring out the gorgeous aroma of Bailey A's red fruits, and the sharp, fresh acidity makes this a refreshing dry rosé wine.
In addition, by bottling without filtration, the original cloudiness from the grapes remains, which gives it a special flavor.

You can enjoy the honest taste that is made without using antioxidants or filtration, and the lively taste that is cultivated in each bottle.
