This smooth aftertaste is amazing!

It is slightly cloudy with a slight amount of carbonation that can only be detected during the upper layers of the sake.
The cloudy raw liquor that drips from the vat is bottled in its raw, unfiltered state without any further processing.

The flavors of new sake, such as pineapple and muscat, dance and explode on the tongue, making this a Junmai Ginjo sake with deep richness and flavor, but a clean aftertaste.
