Pure rice shochu from Suigei Sake Brewery, Kochi's famous sake brewery
Carefully fermented using the special rice flour generated during the rice milling process.
After squeezing the moromi, it is distilled under reduced pressure to bring out the deep flavor without compromising the flavor.
Aged in tank for 6 months to 1 year after distillation and bottled.
It is characterized by a refreshing and mellow taste that inherits the sourness and sharp taste of Suigei Junmai sake.
Since it has been aged for a long time, it has a soft taste and is well received by customers who are not accustomed to drinking shochu.
