[Umenoyado plum wine]

A standard plum wine that blends the aroma and flavor of Yoshino plums into Umenoyado sake.

This plum wine is made using plums from the local Nishiyoshino area and sake brewed by the brewery itself.
We use both green and fully ripe plums, capturing the aroma and flavor of approximately 15 plums in each 1800ml bottle.

This plum wine is blended with plum wine that has been aged for three years, resulting in an elegant and light-tasting plum wine that combines the richness of sake with the refreshing aroma of plums.
You can enjoy it chilled, straight, or on the rocks, or you can have it hot in the cold winter months.
