The “W” in the brand name represents three meanings: Watanabe , World , and Warai .

W ( W ) Akaiwa Omachi has a sweet and sour pear-like aroma, and the thick, deep flavor of Akaiwa Omachi spreads dynamically in your mouth.

The “ W Series ” is a Junmai Daiginjo standard made by polishing the rice to 50 %, but it is labeled as Junmai Sake.
This is because we do not believe that reducing the size of rice milling or playing around with numbers will bring us closer to the essence of what the W series is aiming for.
