[W Akita Sake Komachi Pure Rice Unfiltered Raw Sake]

Junmai Daiginjo is used to casually enjoy the umami and delicacy of rice, but we purposely release it as Junmai sake.

Watanabe Sake Brewery's "W series" is a limited quantity of made-to-order products brewed for carefully selected liquor stores that will be responsible for the future of Japanese sake.
The “W” in the brand name represents three meanings: Watanabe Sake Brewery, World, and Warai.

W (W) Akita Sake Komachi is a feminine sake with a rich, lustrous white peach-like flavor and a sweet and elegant balance.
It has an elegant sweetness and a refreshing and light aftertaste.

The “W series” is a junmai daiginjo standard with rice polished to 50%, but it is labeled as junmai sake.
This is because we do not believe that making the rice smaller and playing with numbers will bring us closer to the essence of the W series.
