[W (W) Takashima Omachi Kimoto Junmai Unfiltered Sake]

"Omachi rice" Super limited sake brewed with "Takashima Omachi", a high-class sake rice with the oldest history!

Watanabe Sake Brewery's "W series" is a limited quantity of made-to-order products brewed for carefully selected liquor stores that will be responsible for the future of Japanese sake.
The “W” in the brand name represents three meanings: Watanabe Sake Brewery, World, and Warai.

Watanabe Sake Brewery's W (W) is too good at drawing out the characteristics of rice!

Although it is such a W series, this time we will pick up "Omachi", which continues to fascinate sake fans.
"Takashima Omachi" in the Takashima district of Okayama Prefecture has the oldest history of Omachi.
Using such luxurious sake rice, it is brewed using the only kimoto method in the series.

W (W) Takashima Omachi has a faint scent of muscat grapes and apples.
The sourness and richness peculiar to kimoto are well blended into the gently undulating mouthfeel.

Please enjoy the special taste unique to kimoto.
The “W series” is a junmai daiginjo standard with rice polished to 50%, but it is labeled as junmai sake.
This is because we do not believe that making the rice smaller and playing with numbers will bring us closer to the essence of the W series.
