[Yamagata Masamune Warm pure rice]

The elements necessary for hot sake are well-balanced.

Junmai sake for warming is a blend of aged junmai sake and junmai sake that uses malolactic fermentation (MLF) .
This is Yamagata Masamune's first blended sake, and it was used to express in a well-balanced manner the ``calmness'', ``softness'', and ``roundness'' that are especially necessary for hot sake.

It has a mild sweetness like steamed rice, but it is crisp and goes well with food, making it a classic and deeply nourishing flavor.

" MLF " is a technique commonly used in red wine production.
Due to the action of lactic acid bacteria, the malic acid contained in alcoholic beverages is converted to lactic acid, creating a gentle and soft taste.
Lactic acid is said to be a delicious acid when heated, and malic acid is said to be a delicious acid when cooled.

The label expresses the keeper's desire to be warmed gently.
The letters “ MLF ” are hidden somewhere , so be sure to look for them!
