[Okuroku Tokubetsu Junmai Crescent]

This is a limited distribution brand "Okuroku" that supports your dinner table.

This sake is carefully brewed with Iwate Prefecture's prized sake brewing rice "Ginginga" and traditional No. 6 yeast.

The aroma is subtle and gentle, designed to bring out the unique characteristics of the rice without relying on flashiness. When you take a sip, you'll experience a firm and sharp taste, followed by a gradual spreading of the rich umami of the rice itself.
The aftertaste is clean and refreshing, and its well-balanced nature makes it a sake you won't tire of.

When chilled, it has a sharp outline, and at room temperature, the umami expands. When it cools down after warming, it changes to a softer expression.
It has a profound depth that allows it to be enjoyed at a wide range of temperatures, and it is a highly complete sake to be enjoyed with food, particularly Japanese cuisine, accompanying various dishes.

Iwate Meijo in Oshu City, Iwate Prefecture, launched "Okuroku" as a limited brand for exclusive retailers after approximately five years of trial brewing.
They use 100% Iwate Prefecture rice as ingredients and pursue sake to be enjoyed with food, focusing on the balance of sweetness and acidity.
It is a limited distribution brand for exclusive retailers that continues to challenge itself by returning to the origins of sake brewing.
