The orange wine of the "SISTERs" trilogy using Koshu!

The new "SISTERs" series consists of three types: white, orange, and pet-nat, all made from Koshu, a grape variety indigenous to Japan.

The eye-catching label is designed by Baku Maeda, famous for "EYE OF FIRE."
The hand-drawn numbering is also charming.

Onmitsu Wines is a winery run by a married couple based in Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture. Shinichiro Ogura has an unusual background, having obtained a master's degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and served as the head of the Space Utilization Promotion Office at the Science and Technology Agency (now the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology).
Their motto is not to treat grapes as mere objects, but to treat them with love as living things. They painstakingly produce wine by hand, minimizing the use of large machinery and chemicals.
