Autumn Hiyaoroshi is a very popular alcoholic drink that even the brewers sell out of immediately.
It has a scent reminiscent of Japanese fruits such as pomegranate and loquat, full of the charm of Aizan, and a calming taste due to aging.
The popular sake rice ``Aizan'', which can express a soft flavor, is intentionally unpolished to bring out the power of the rice to its fullest.

This year's Aizan has a harmonious balance between the soft sweetness typical of Aizan and the flavor typical of Shichida more than in previous years.
