"Coco Farm Winery" is located at the foot of a mountain vineyard that was opened in the 1950s.
The wine is made from 100% Japanese grapes, and no herbicides or chemical fertilizers are used in the vineyard, and fermentation at the brewery is mainly done using natural wild yeast.
We place great importance on listening to the voice of the grapes and making use of their unique characteristics.
