Rich aroma and complex flavor

This is our fifth year producing Chardonnay using the skins.
With the desire to get closer to the producers in Northern Italy, we continue to brew through trial and error, gaining experience every year.

We delayed harvesting and re-evaluated our sorting standards to achieve a rich aroma and flavor without excessive extraction from the skins.
Both the aroma and taste have depth and volume, yet possess a certain familiarity.

Domaine tetta is committed to being a domaine that brews wine using grapes grown in its own privileged lime-rich soil, and believes in expressing 100% of the grape's natural power in the wine without forcing the grapes.
Furthermore, they use wild yeast, no added sugar, no added acid, and very little sulfite.
