Rich aroma and complex flavor

This is the fifth year we've produced Chardonnay using the grape skins.
With the desire to get a little closer to the producers in Northern Italy, we continue to brew while gaining experience and experimenting each year.

To achieve a rich aroma and flavor without excessive extraction from the skins, we delayed harvesting and re-evaluated our selection criteria.
Both the aroma and flavor are full-bodied and voluminous, yet somehow approachable.

Domaine tetta is committed to being a winery that brews wine using its own grapes grown in the blessed calcareous soil, and its motto is to express 100% of the grapes' inherent power in the wine without forcing them.
Additionally, wild yeasts are used, with no added sugar or acid, and very little sulfur dioxide.
