Chateau Sakaori's flagship SE series is made using grapes from its own vineyards adjacent to the winery grounds and from contracted farmers.
High quality Chardonnay harvested at a high sugar content is aged in barrels for 12 months.
It is a mellow, dry wine that combines the rich fruitiness of Chardonnay with the flavor of the oak.
