Fattoria AL FIORE began planting its own grapes and contract brewing in 2015, and after many twists and turns, has gradually harvested grapes.
However, if they only used their own grapes, the quantity would be extremely small, making only one or two barrels, so they brew a larger, more consistent volume by blending with grapes from more reliable growers.

The taste, aroma, body, and overall balance are no less in quality than their flagship Fattoria AL FIORE series, thanks to their cultivated brewing techniques and the excellent grapes from the farmers, resulting in a thoroughly satisfying quality.

Fattoria AL FIORE makes wine in Miyagi Prefecture, in a renovated gymnasium of a closed school.
Aiming to "continue to be a wine that expresses the grapes as they are," they strive for a wine whose fundamental goodness is purely conveyed as you taste it, without superficial impact or flashiness. They produce natural wines without added sugar, added acidity, or preservatives, and are unfiltered.
