This dry white wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in our own vineyards and aged in barrels for approximately six months.
Rich fruitiness, firm acidity, and an herbal aroma reminiscent of yellow peach and sage.
This is a pleasant wine with an elegant oak aroma that spreads out after the flavor.

It goes well with fried shrimp or squid, or white sauce gratin.

The theme of the limited selection is "Superb Japanese wines, carefully finished in small tanks."

This wine is made using grapes harvested in the best years and carefully crafted in small-scale brewing to bring out the unique characteristics of each variety.

"FOX VILLAGE is a new wine brand launched by Alps Wine to celebrate its 60th anniversary in 2022.
The brand name was inspired by the place name Kitsunearai, where the winery is located.
