Fermented in a medium-sized barrel for about 1 month.
About 20% of the wine is collected from Kyoho and Shine Muscat grapes and aged in the same barrel for about 3 months.

Muscat flavor, a slightly subdued grayish aroma, and oak notes.
A sweet honey-like sensation is felt in the mouth.
