The Chardonnay grape variety, boasting an abundant annual production of over 100 tons in Takahata Town alone.
Among these, six lots made from carefully selected, highly ripe grapes were blended.

Aroma of ripe fruit, such as white peach and pink grapefruit, is fused with barrel notes reminiscent of nuts and vanilla.
The taste is refreshing and vibrant, with a rich fruitiness and lively acidity spreading through the mouth, while the impact of barrel aging tightens the flavor in the finish.
