A somewhat full-bodied white wine made from Delaware grapes

Made from Delaware grapes grown in our own vineyard in Hosaka-cho, Nirasaki City.
Utilizing the beautiful acidity characteristic of Delaware, with a slightly subdued Delaware aroma, it is crafted to pair well with Japanese cuisine.

This is a full-bodied wine, which is rare for Delaware wines.

Kyoko Hosaka, a grower and winemaker, worked in food and wine-related fields such as food coordination and restaurant production before returning to Yamanashi Prefecture in 2016.
She was certified as a Wine Scientist at Yamanashi University and worked at the Yamanashi Wine Center in wine analysis, research assistance, and winemaking.
She started cultivating grapes in 2016 and, as there is no winery yet, she is making wine through contract brewing at Domaine Hide and Sanyo Jozo while preparing to open a winery in Nirasaki City, Yamanashi Prefecture, her hometown.
Based on the belief that "good wine comes from good grapes," she aims to use 100% self-grown grapes and to manage the entire process from raw materials to winemaking.
