A white wine with some body, made from Delaware grapes

Made with Delaware grapes from our own vineyard in Hosaka-cho, Nirasaki City.
Utilizing the characteristic clean acidity of Delaware grapes, with a slightly subdued Delaware aroma, this wine is crafted to pair well with Japanese cuisine.

This is a remarkably full-bodied wine for a Delaware wine.

Cultivator and winemaker Kyoko Hosaka returned to Yamanashi Prefecture in 2016 after working in food and wine-related fields, including as a food coordinator and restaurant producer.
She became a certified Wine Scientist at Yamanashi University and worked at the Yamanashi Prefectural Wine Center assisting with wine analysis, research, and winemaking.
She began cultivating grapes in 2016 and, as she does not yet have her own winery, she is preparing to open one in Nirasaki City, Yamanashi Prefecture, her hometown, while producing wine through contract brewing at Domaine Hide and Sanyo Jozo.
With the belief that "good wine comes from good grapes," she aims to use 100% of her own cultivated grapes and to manage the entire winemaking process from raw materials to finished wine.
