Sämling 9110 and Delaware, destemmed and co-fermented, are skin-fermented for 6 to 10 days, then aged in stainless steel tanks.

Aroma of orange citrus and candy.
Sweet and sour, reminiscent of orange peel, with a bitter finish that links with the color.
The aftertaste is fresh and crisp.
