Rita Farm & Winery is the third small winery to open in Yoichi, Hokkaido, and is run by a married couple.
All of the wines made from special varieties are made using 100% grapes from their own vineyards, and in order to pursue the terroir, the wines are made using natural fermentation with wild yeasts.
The wine is transported using gravity alone to avoid stress, and is bottled using a gravity-type filling machine.
