Kyoeido 2023 Winter Release White Wine

This wine is made from Delaware grapes harvested in August 2023, fermented and aged in Otaru, with 20% of the wine being supplemented with Shine Muscat and Koshu grapes.
It undergoes approximately one month of barrel fermentation and four months of barrel aging.

While carrying aromas derived from the barrel, it also has a slightly waxy element.
Combined with the aroma, it leaves a somewhat strong impression.
