This wine is made from 100% Koshu-grown Delaware grapes, macerated with the skins during fermentation.

It carefully brings out the natural umami of the grapes, along with a soft hue derived from the skins. From the glass, a sweet and floral aroma reminiscent of white peach, apple, and citrus, characteristic of Delaware, spreads. On the palate, fresh and clean fruit flavors harmonize with a pleasant, lingering crisp acidity.

While possessing the unique character of skin-contact fermentation, it also minimizes excessive bitterness, resulting in a light and approachable drinkability. This special wine, previously available exclusively at the winery, will be released as a regular product starting with the 2025 vintage.

As a wine that allows you to easily enjoy the new charm of Delaware, it can be enjoyed in a wide range of situations.
