Natan Winery is an extremely small winery operated by female winemaker Namika Inoshita.
She previously worked as a sommelier but decided to pursue winemaking to deepen her knowledge of wine, starting her winemaking journey in Tokushima Prefecture in 2021.

Natan Winery's wines are 'additive-free,' 'unfined,' and 'unfiltered,' with minimal or no added sulfites.
The basic principle is to harness the unique characteristics of each grape, relying on environmental resources like temperature and gases to bring out the flavors, rather than additives.
They are committed to making natural wines that allow you to taste the raw essence of the ingredients.
