Natan Winery is an extremely small winery run by female winemaker Ms. Namika Inoshita.
She previously worked as a sommelier but wanted to learn more about wine, so she chose the path of winemaking and started making wine in Tokushima Prefecture in 2021.

Wines from Natan Winery are "additive-free," "unfined," and "unfiltered," with minimal or no sulfites added.
Their motto is to bring out the unique characteristics of each grape, without relying on additives, but rather utilizing environmental resources such as temperature and gas.
They strive to produce natural wines that allow you to taste the ingredients as they are.
