Natan Winery is an extremely small winery operated by female winemaker Namika Inoshita.
She previously worked as a sommelier but wanted to learn more about wine, so she chose the path of winemaking and started making wine in Tokushima Prefecture in 2021.

Natan Winery's wines are "additive-free," "unfined," and "unfiltered," with minimal or no added sulfites.
Their philosophy is to bring out the unique characteristics of each grape, relying on environmental resources like temperature and gases rather than additives to develop the flavors.
They produce natural wines that allow you to taste the ingredients as they are.
