Enjoy the pleasant rhythm on your palate created by RINGO (apple) and BUDO (grape)!

This is a rare fusion wine made from Fuji apples from Nanyo, Yamagata Prefecture, and Pink Delaware grapes from our own vineyard, harvested when they've developed a slight color, just past green Delaware.

Apple juice, slowly extracted with an apple press, is fermented at low temperatures for three months without racking. Towards the end, Pink Delaware, which was macerated and kept with no added sulfites from our own vineyard, is added for secondary fermentation in the bottle.

The color is a rich yellow, characteristic of ripe apples, enveloped by the macerated orange hues, a feature of no added sulfites.
The taste has the apple notes characteristic of cider, combined with the elegant and refined acidity of Pink Delaware from the mid-palate, making it easy to pair with various dishes.

The carbonation is moderate, but the finely dissolved bubbles enhance the malic acid as you drink more.
The core of Pink Delaware ensures that you won't get tired of drinking it until the last drop.

They believed that by having grape wine compensate for the deficiencies of apples, which have low alcohol content and make it difficult to express acidity, it could become a more enjoyable wine.
