In 2023, the weather was good and there were no diseased fruits, resulting in microbiologically stable fruit juice with high sugar content.
The fruit juice undergoes beautiful fermentation without sulfites.

Immediately after its release, it is a moderately sweet wine with almost no effervescence, but as the temperature rises in the future, it will effervesce and become more dry.
