A pop and casual sparkling white wine

This wine is made from grapes grown by the "Budou to Ikiru" group, which was formed to protect the vineyards in the Motosawa district of Yamagata city from abandonment.
Fully ripe Delaware grapes are fermented slowly and naturally at low temperature, then undergo a secondary fermentation in the bottle.

This is our first white sparkling wine, and we want you to enjoy the healthy nuances that come from careful grape management.
It is fruity and light, and although the acidity typical of Yamagata has been muted due to this year's extreme heat, you can still enjoy the fruity flavor.
