POP and casual orange sparkling wine

This wine is made from grapes grown by the "Budou to Ikiru" group, which was formed to protect the vineyards in the Motosawa district of Yamagata city from abandonment.
Pink Della is a more mature orange wine that has a more advanced color than Blue Della and has an interesting balance of sweetness and acidity. The fermented orange is then put into the bottle for a second fermentation.


The crisp acidity and savory orange flavor make it a pleasure to drink.
The fine carbon dioxide gas from lactic acid fermentation is fragrant, and this wine is not simply a sour Blue Della wine, but rather explores the excitement of a new growing category known as "Pink Della."
