The main ingredients are Delaware from Kanizawa, Nishiyama, Aihoshiba, Akao, and Matoba, as well as Petit Manseng from Hyuga, Petit Manseng from Okubo, and Roussanne from Aihoshiba.
From 2024, Traminet and other crops from the Matoba field were added.

The top notes are grassland and tropical scents derived from Petit Manseng.
It also has a honey-like honey-like flavor and has elements similar to Chenin from the Loire.
