"Domaine Oyamada" BOW! Blanc is here in limited quantities.

Made primarily from Delaware grapes from Nishiyama, Sokamba, Akao, and Matoba, with Petit Manseng from Hyuga and Okubo, and Roussanne from Sokamba. Starting in 2024, Traminette and other varieties from the "Matoba" vineyard have been added.

The expression still changes frequently, but the base has its usual stable aroma.
A slightly overripe impression supports the tropical elements of Petit Manseng and other Vinifera varieties.

When a little acetic acid appears, it's lively and enjoyable; when honey, tropical, and citrus notes emerge, it's an "oh!" moment.
