[Domaine Oyamada Seba White 2023]

Concept: Elegance of the North

Located in Seba, Shiojiri City, Nagano Prefecture, where Vitis vinifera is interplanted using the Guyot system.

At an altitude of approximately 700m, with many clear days and low nighttime temperatures that allow acidity to be maintained, it is truly an ideal land for grapes.
Since 2015, the 30a vineyard has been expanded, and white grapes are now blended with young vines of Pinot Gris, Sémillon, and Savagnin.

Recent vintages feature a distinctive tropical aroma with aromatic notes from Sauvignon Blanc and others, and a very pleasant firm salinity. While it has a volume reminiscent of the 2023 sun, you can also sense the evolving character of Seba White each year.
