The only sparkling wine made by Mr. Oyamada

The grapes used are Delaware from Shimoiwasaki Mizubun, which belongs to the Iwaiwa region, Delaware, Koshu, and Petit Manseng from Kamiiwasaki Choson.

This year's wine is again full of bubbles, with a beautiful lemon citrus flavor and golden color.
It has a strong crispness and acidity, giving it a sharper impression than usual.

The aroma is strong enough, with notes of aged nuts and brioche, as well as the aroma of Delaware, lingering in the mouth, and a slightly strong jasmine-like scent.
