Tenpoichi Hattan Nishiki Namazake (unpasteurized sake) Back Label 1800ml [Refrigerated delivery required]
[Tenpoichi Hattan Nishiki Namazake Back Label]
Tenpoichi's hidden gem, released due to its exceptional deliciousness
A limited edition product, bottled raw, made from the "seme" (first press) part of the new sake.
Although it was not originally planned for release in the brewery's annual schedule, it was decided to release it as a product due to its exceptional deliciousness!
It is a refreshing and dry sake, yet with a powerful flavor characteristic of the "seme" part.
・From the back label
Tenpoichi is located in a warm region on the Seto Inland Sea in eastern Hiroshima Prefecture (Kambe-cho, Fukuyama City).
The "brewing water" used for sake production is soft water (ancient water) pumped up from 200m underground at our brewery.
With the motto of being a great supporting actor that brings out the best in food, we aim to brew sake that does not interfere with meals. We value the umami, acidity, and sharpness that spread in the mouth, and all koji making is done carefully, grain by grain, using our original box-koji making method.
We hope that everyone who drinks it will feel "happiness."
