[Moon after the rain Junmai Daiginjo Hattan Hiyaoroshi]
This is an autumn-limited sake from a super talented brewery.
This is a hiyaoroshi that is brewed with Hattan, Hiroshima Prefecture's favorite rice for sake brewing, and aged for a whole summer.Refreshing ginjo aroma.
It has a well-balanced taste with an elegant depth of flavor and a sharp aftertaste.
We also recommend comparing it with the simultaneously released "Amego no Tsuki Junmai Daiginjo Senbon Nishiki Hiyaoroshi" !

・Foundation and history
Established in 1875. In 1875, the brewery produced 1,700 koku, one of the top three breweries in the prefecture. Although it was temporarily closed due to the war, it continued to make sake.
A major change occurred in 1986 when Junichiro Aihara became the company's representative.
We want to make sake that is delicious for you to drink, so we put quality first. We have been reborn as a ginjo brewery.
・Origin of “the moon after the rain”
The brewery's signature sake, ``Amego no Tsuki,'' was named by the second generation brewer, Itaru Aihara, after the short title of novelist Roka Tokutomi's essay ``Nature and Life,'' published in 1889.
``In the sky after the rain, the clear moon shines brightly all around.'' This is the name that the brewer has always set as his goal to brew such clear and beautiful sake.
