GROOOVE NIKU YARO 2022 is a wine created playfully during the assemblage process.
With the softness of Merlot and the mellowness of Berry A, it is designed to pair well with richer meat dishes like lamb ribs and Genghis Khan (grilled lamb).

While GROOOVE NIKU YARO 2022 was intended for a wide range of meat dishes, this "Ura Niku Yaro" allows you to savor the interesting qualities of Japanese grapes even more.
Since it undergoes malolactic fermentation in the bottle, it has a slight spritziness when first opened.
Two days after opening, the slight carbonation dissipates, enveloping you in the profound milky aroma of the wine itself, with a pleasant tannin and crisp acidity.
It transforms into a flavor you'll want to enjoy while savoring semi-hard cheese.
