This wine was created with the sense of fun that came from the assemblage of GROOOVE NIKU YARO 2022 .
The softness of Merlot and the mellowness of Berry A make this a perfect match for meat dishes with a richer, more fatty aroma, such as lamb ribs and Genghis Khan.

GROOOVE NIKU YARO 2022 was paired with a wide range of meat dishes, but this "Uraniku Yaro" will allow you to enjoy the fun of Japanese grapes even more.
It undergoes lactic acid fermentation in the bottle, so when you first open it, it has a slightly fizzy, fizzing sensation.
Two days after opening, the slight carbonation dissipates, and the wine is enveloped in a rich, milky aroma, with just the right amount of tannins and crisp acidity.
The flavor changes to one that you'll want to drink while munching on semi-hard cheese.
