Tropical flavors are in full swing this season!

Until 2018, Niagara was the main variety, but we couldn't find a Niagara that we were satisfied with, so we blended it with Neo Muscat and Delaware to create a full tropical flavor.

In 2020, we met young Iwate Prefecture farmer Yuzuru Sasaki as a contracted brewer, and were impressed by the high quality of the Niagara grapes grown by Sasaki, so in 2023 we were able to brew a wine using a varietal that was close to the original.

By combining three different fragrant grapes - Niagara, Neo Muscat, and Seibel - the best qualities of Niagara are further enhanced.

"We want to continue to make wines that express the grapes as they are," says the wine maker, who aims to create wines that are not flashy but that convey the pure, essential quality of the grapes as you taste them, rather than wines that have a strong superficial impact.He makes natural wines with no added sugar or acid, no preservatives, and no filtering.
