Rita Farm & Winery is a small winery run by a husband and wife, the third to open in Yoichi, Hokkaido.
All wines from their dedicated varietals use 100% grapes from their own vineyards, and they practice winemaking through natural fermentation with wild yeast to pursue terroir.
Even during wine transfer, they use only gravity to avoid stress, and bottling is also done with a gravity-fed filler.
