This year, Niagara was chosen to introduce the ~Sense-type Murmuring~.
Its ennuyant yet profound personality, coupled with a subtly lingering murmuring finish that doesn't interfere, is its charm.

Natan Winery's wines are "additive-free," "unfined," and "unfiltered," with minimal or no added sulfites.
The basic principle is to utilize the unique characteristics of each grape variety, without relying on additives, and to bring out the flavors by working with environmental resources such as temperature and gases.
