An orange sparkling wine that goes well with any dish!

Made with Rosario Bianco and Niagara grapes from Yamagata Prefecture.
This orange wine is made by destemming and crushing the grapes and then soaking them in the skins for 40 days.

We've deliberately overpowered the fragrant aroma of Niagara and added Rosario Bianco to give it an orange finish, making it a perfect match for food.
Aromas of cinnamon, rosemary and thyme, juicy bitter orange that spreads in the mouth, and the natural sensation of the fruit.

This time, we used the paddle less and left the wine alone until the skins naturally settled in the tank, which meant that even after opening the bottle and there was less gas left, you could still enjoy the wine's original deep flavor.

Orange wine goes well with a variety of aromatic and distinctive dishes, including ethnic and Chinese cuisine, and of course it also complements other dishes.
The gas generated in the bottle is quite strong, so chill it thoroughly, open it slowly and enjoy!
