"Moya" is the name of an ancient Chinese treasure sword. The swordsmith, Gansho, was troubled because he could not melt the essence of iron from the five mountains and the essence of gold from the six cardinal points together. His wife, Moya, threw her own hair and nails into the furnace and, along with 300 children, prayed to the gods. Only then did the metals finally melt together, the sword was completed, and it was named Moya.

This Junmai Daiginjo, crafted with the dedication of the brewers, offers a refreshingly clean finish.
