This taste truly embodies the characteristics of Bianco.
Based on Chardonnay prepared in amphorae, it is nicely blended with barrel-fermented Steuben and Delaware aged in amphorae, resulting in a stable flavor.
It has aromas of grapefruit, white citrus, osmanthus, and a faint floral scent from the Steuben.
As you gently sip, the overall body is not particularly full, but in turn, it offers beautifully clear acidity, a subtle bitterness like grapefruit pith, and a soft, sweet aftertaste reminiscent of flower nectar.
It truly is a finished product that symbolizes the characteristics of Bianco.
Fattoria AL FIORE produces wine by renovating a former school gymnasium in Miyagi Prefecture.
Aiming to "remain a wine that expresses the grapes as they are," they strive for a wine that, while not flashy, reveals its true quality purely with each taste, rather than relying on superficial impact. They produce natural, additive-free wines without added sugar, acid, or sulfites, and are unfiltered.
