【GRAPEREPUBLIC Arancione 2021】

Fresh, juicy, and appealingly crisp

Delaware and Steuben grapes were fermented using various methods and blended in the summer of 2022.
10% of the raw material was fermented with whole clusters, and the aging period was approximately 10 months. The wine was aged in amphorae and stainless steel tanks in roughly equal proportions.
Of course, it was spontaneously fermented with wild yeast, unfined, unfiltered, and no antioxidants or other additives were used.

The color is a reddish-orange. The aroma is rich, like a blend of strawberry syrup and orange blossom honey.
The taste also has a berry-like sweet and sourness, with tannins extracted from the skins and seeds adding depth as an accent.
Overall, it is fresh, juicy, and appealingly crisp.
