Natan Winery is an extremely small winery operated by female winemaker Namiha Inoshita.
She worked as a sommelier, but wanting to know more about wine, she chose the path of winemaking and started making wine in Tokushima Prefecture in 2021.

Natan Winery's wines are "additive-free," "unfined," and "unfiltered," with minimal or no added sulfites.
Their basic principle is to maximize the individuality of each grape, relying on natural resources such as temperature and air to bring out the flavor, rather than additives.
They strive to produce natural wines that allow you to taste the ingredients as they are.
