Kitajima Brewery is located in the Omi Plain, a renowned rice-producing region. We meticulously brew our sake using the finest sake rice and the pristine underground water of the Suzuka Mountains, employing careful handmade processes.
With true handmade skill and dedication, we produce only small quantities, and all our sake undergoes low-temperature fermentation and low-temperature storage, reflecting our commitment to authenticity. "We do not ship a single bottle that we are not satisfied with, because one bad bottle can be detrimental," says the president, who personally rigorously checks all products.
